Yes villa rentals accept advertisements in good faith. We are dependent on the accuracy of the property information supplied to us by our advertisers. This is entered by them directly on to our database. We also expect it to comply with all relevant UK legislation.
We cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisement. Or for any alleged breeches of contract on an advertiser’s part. Yes villa rentals will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, misunderstandings or claims arising from the advertisements. Or any arrangement or booking made with an advertiser.
However, we reserve the right to edit the information supplied. Any offensive or inappropriate text will be removed.
Renters are advised to confirm all terms of the proposed rental contract by e-mail or in writing in advance of the booking. |

The advertiser warrants he is the owner of the photographic material supplied or has authority from the copyright owner to grant Yes villa rentals permission to use the material.
The advertiser indemnifies Yes villa rentals against any action brought by breech of copyright from the use of material used by the advertiser.
Yes villa rentals claims copyright to the photographic material supplied by an advertiser.

| Exchanged Properties |
An advertisement relates to a specific property. It is given a unique reference number. The substitution of one property for another by changing text and photographs is not allowed.
However if you pass on that property to another owner the advertisement will continue. |

| Multiple Properties |
Under no circumstances may two or more independent properties be included on one single advertisement. Even if they are located adjacent to each other.
Properties with two or more accommodation units sharing facilities on a single site may be described on a single advertisement. Providing that a “multiple unit property advertisement,” with the correct number of units is purchased. For example, adjacent villas with shared grounds or pool, or apartments on the same complex. |

| Airports |
Increased security at airports makes careful packing more important than ever.
Luggage searches are inevitable. Whether it’s a random search or a security officer has seen something suspicious. Don’t panic they know what they are looking for and will conduct the search as fast and efficiently as possible.
Please remember you aren’t the first and you won’t be the last. But you will have to repack your luggage yourself afterwards. |

| Use and Termination |
Yes villa rentals reserve the right to refuse or accept advertisement material.
Advertisements not completed correctly or without at least one photograph of the property will be removed from the site.
The advertiser must agree not to use this site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Any breech of these terms and conditions will result in the advertisement being removed from the web site without notice before the end of the subscription period. No refunds given.
If an advertiser wishes to have there advertisement removed from the site before the end of their subscription period this will be done but no refunds will be paid. |

If advertisers attempt to enter unsuitable material onto the website. Then Yes villa rentals reserve the right to remove the material or advertisement without notice and no refunds paid.
Should Yes villa rentals receive complaints about a property which in our opinion is reasonably substantiated. For example, inaccurate or misleading information. The condition or maintenance of the property or unacceptable booking conditions. The advertisement may be removed and a refund will normally be made pro-rata for the remaining period of advertisement. However, no compensation will be payable for any loss of income. |
