One bedroom apartment which will sleep 4 people in a complex on the North coast of the Dominican Republic
The Complex
The apartments on the complex are privately owned and is just outside the small town of Sosua.There are 2 swimming pools, one large (up to8ft deep and 30m long) and a smaller one for the kids.
There is a small shop and take away (spag bol, burgers etc) and internet access. The complex is very quiet and peaceful and you could be the only ones around the pool.
All set in beautiful tropical gardens.
The Apartment
The apartment has one bedroom with double bed (linen provided), air conditioning and ceiling fan, wardrobes etc.
Bathroom with bath, shower, wc (Towels provided).
Living room with a double sofa bed, small dining table and 4 chairs, cable TV, ceiling fan and patio doors to the balcony overlooking the gardens.
Full kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, toaster and all utensils, plates,cups etc.
The apartment is on the ground floor, so only a few steps to enter the apartment.
Sosua Town and Beach
SosuaSosuaSosua town and the beach are a 15min walk away or a couple of mins by taxi or a moto concho (moped) will take 2 people for 50 Pesos (£1) and are always at the complex if you need them.
In the town there are many bars, restaurants and several night clubs but never gets to busy so a quiet meal is always possible. If you do fancy a night club they can stay open until 4am!!.
There are also many shops a couple of supermarkets,banks, dive centres, and street vendors.
The beach is a typical caribbean beach, about half a mile of sandy beach with a reef 50m out to go snorkeling on. There are bars and restaurants among the trees at the back of the beach for drinks, snacks or full meals.
There are all types of watersport available, banana boats, boat rides, fishing, diving, water ski-ing or for the less energetic laying on a sun bed with a Beer!! or Pina colada for the ladies.
Also there is Caberete beach which is one of the top 10 beaches in the world for wind and kite surfing is just 15 mins by car .
Things to do and see.

The Apartment Back To Home Page The apartment is on the ground floor and overlooks the tropical gardens and pool.
There is one bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes, ceiling fan and A/C and all linen is provided.
Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and vanity. All towels provided except beach towels.
Living/Dining room with a double sofa bed, small dining table, cable TV, ceiling fan and doors to balcony.
The kitchen has a oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, water dispenser and all plates/cutlery.

North Coast
This course, one of the most beautiful in the Caribbean, was designed by the celebrated architect Robert Trent Jones Sr., on an area of more than 150 hectares (370 acres), it was inaugurated in 1997.
10 of the 18 holes are played along the seacliffs, bays and overlooking gulfs. Also spectacular is the exciting Playa Grande Beach, the most impressive of the island.
