This bright, comfortable, spacious and functional villa will seduce you with its modern and sophisticated decoration. It is equipped to higher standards. A landscaped enclosed garden (over an acre) surrounds the house and the swimming pool of 5 m x 10 m .(it's opening April to the end October). The kitchen, the lounge, the large hallway leading to the bedrooms and the bathrooms follow one another, which gives light and space and a very friendly atmosphere. The lounge opens by large picture windows on the terrace shaded by a pergola, overlooking the pool with countryside view. This is a very pleasant dining area. You will enjoy swimming at night in the pool, lighted from the inside. Our villa is very convenient for two families or friends, looking for a quiet and comfortable location to meet and to explore a beautiful region.3 TV, only one with UK sat TV (international channels) in the living room.Internet access unlimited with Wifi.Near Ales 10 minutes, Uzès 20 minutes.The MAZET comprises a 204 sq.ft comfortable double bedroom, with mosquito nets and ceiling fan, and a lovely shower room with toilets. It is located just in the front of the villa, overlooking the pool as well, but self-contained and very pleasant. The rear is facing south, overlooking the countryside. There is another nice covered terrace, just before the entrance, where you will find a small summer kitchen outside and under terrace, with fridge, and a pretty dining area, allowing you to be completely self sufficient if you wish to. Heading to the pool and the villa, through the covered terrace, you will get across the small summer lounge facing the pool, where you can read or relax in the shade.If you rent the mazet per week, you can with summer kitchen covered and outdoor , to do cooking your meals.

A MONTEILS, the villa is located near the sea, the mountains and several tourist towns as Anduze, where you can visit the bamboo plantation, 'La Bambouseraie', catch the small steam train or practice archery. Ales is a pretty tourist town with lovely pedestrian streets and the Witness Mine. Other activities (bowling, cinema, disco) are available. The villa is 15 miles from Uzes and its duchy and beautiful market, 28 miles from Nmes bullring, the Pont du Gard and the Viaduct of Millau. There are various museums to visit, caves, the Crocodile Farm and much more. And a lot of activities available: potholing, bungee, go kart, the nautical center at Camboux Lake, climbing, Adventure trips, mountain biking, water park 6 miles away, canoeing, walking or riding treks, tennis without forgetting the Cevennes Park, eligible to the Unesco World Heritage. Information will be provided to you upon arrival.
