Description

Lovely one level 3 double bedroom detached villa where the master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and king size bed.
Remaining two bedrooms have 2 single beds each and there is an additional full bathroom.
There is a large sitting room with glass dining table and seating for 6.
We also have an outdoor dining for 6 facing the lovely swimming pool.

The kitchen has a separate utility room with washing machine and clothes drying area.
Upstairs there is a large, walled roof-top sun terrace for private sunbathing and star gazing at night with recliner chairs.
The pool is solar heated 10.5m long x 4 m wide and 1.5m deep all the way with no shallow end except for the Roman steps.There is a BBQ area and outdoor dining for 6. the whole area has private screens and fencing.We are located on a golf course with an adjacent one just opened in 2007. The beach is only minutes walk away and so are all shopping and dining facilities as well as 2 Spas

There are 6 sun loungers by the pool with soft cushions.

Other Activities Jet Ski hire , pedalos, catamaran snorkeling trips, boat trips to Los Lobos and Lanzarote. Wind surfing school, kite surfing, bike and car hire near by.Quad bike trips, BAKU water park in Corralejo, 40 minutes drive with crazy golf center.
Sand Dunes of Corralejo, Betancuria national park with its lovely traditional Mexican style villages. Cofete National park with an unspoilt beaches and rugged mountains. Body boarding and of course GOLF.

Tourist Attractions:

Ours is a Fuerteventura Campo De Golf, home to the 2004 Spanish Open.9 or 18 holes, golf carts and trolleyas as well as club hire and tuition is available. Golf club hire starts at 15.00 per day.18 holes are around 44-55. Golf lessons with English pro also available to book. Golf driving range.

Las Salinas Golf Course adjacent to ours. 9 or 18 holes, buggies and trolleys for hire as well as golf clubs. Prices vary depending on season and time of the day but approx the same as per our Golf Course. Ther are 2 additional Golf Courses in the South of the Island at Las Playjtas and Jandia.

non refundable Deposit of £200.00 is required within 5 days of making a booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Pool heating is extra between November and nd of March at £10.00 per day. Security deposit is required to be paid with the balance at £200.00. Refundable within 7 days of arrival if there are no breakages. Non smokers only please. Will withhold breakage deposit if found and signs of smoking around the property.
