The master bedroom is located on the top floor of this fabulous duplex penthouse. There is a beautiful vaulted ceiling in this luxurious and spacious master suite, together with dual aspect sliding doors which lead out onto large terraces - ideal for sunbathing or alfresco dining. One terrace looks out towards the Mediterranean with views of the golf course and mountains, and the other looks out onto the gardens that surround the area. Theres a dressing area with plenty of wardrobe and storage space and an ensuite bathroom, with twin basins, bath and separate shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and direct access via sliding doors to a private terrace with views over the golf course. There is a dressing and wardrobe area leading into a beautifully fitted ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes and has a beautiful feature Spanish style wooden shuttered window area. All bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning.

The master ensuite bathroom has twin basins, a jacuzzi bath and a separate shower. The second ensuite bathroom has twin basins and a bath with shower. The family bathroom is conveniently located close to the third bedroom and living room area and has twin basins and a separate shower. Marble has been used extensively throughout this apartment and the two ensuite bathrooms are no exception, with marble floors, walls and counter tops. All bathrooms have individually controlled heated marble/stone floors.

Our apartment at Los Lomas is set in well established sub-tropical gardens and is very close to a fabulous pool with cascading waterfall, and plenty of parasols and sunbeds. Its a lovely area in which to relax and read a book, sunbathe, swim or just daydream. The views from the pool are impressive - mountains, the golf course and of the Mediterranean in the distance. You can easily walk from the apartment down to the club house at the Golf Academy if you fancy a coffee, and a sandwich or a glass of wine, and of course you can improve your game by using the driving range, chipping and putting greens or book some lessons.

Puerto Banus, Marbella and San Pedro are all within a fifteen minute drive, while Ronda, Gibraltar and Malaga can be reached within an hour. Seville and Granada are less than three hours away, offering the visitor the chance to explore the cultural sites in the region at leisure. There is a weekly Saturday street market in Puerto Banus, which is well worth a visit where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, leather goods, local art and antiques. In addition to the designer shops in the port, the popular Spanish department store El Corte Ingles offers a range of goods over five floors including clothes, shoes and electrical equipment, together with a large supermarket on the ground floor.
