The property consists of a lounge/dining room with open fire,leading out onto a secluded private patio and lawned garden.The house has been recently re-decorated with stylish Laura Ashley fabrics and all home comforts.There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room,W.C.,2 bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms,2 of which have balconies overlooking the pool and beautifully maintained luscious gardens.All rooms have ceiling fans(except one which has a free-standing fan due to sloping ceiling) and electric radiators.The Club House is a minutes' walk away and has its own restaurant and lovely terrace on which to have morning coffee or an evening drink overlooking the fairway.There are 2 spas with indoor swimming pools just a few minutes walk from the house and a small supermarket within a 2 min. walk.A leisurely 15 min. walk to the resort of Islantilla with its shopping mall,stylish promenade and beautiful long sandy beach backed by sand dunes and pine trees.There are a variety of restaurants and tapas bars with sea views.This is one of the few Spanish coast-lines to escape mass tourism.A place to relax.

Other Activities All kinds of water sports with courses available.Tennis and padel,Quad biking,mountain biking and ice skating.Doana National Park offers safaris in jeep,camel ride safaris,bird watching etc.You can visit the caves and go hiking in the Sierra de Aracena,less than an hour away, or for culture,an absolute must is a visit to the beautiful historic city of Seville with its roman and Moorish architecture.You can also visit Palos de la Frontera,from where Chrisopher Columbus set sail for America.Also worth a visit are the mines at Rio Tinto.
