Villa Christina

We went for a long weekend to celebrate my wifes 40th birthday with another couple and I must say we had a fantastic time. The communication from the owners was superb and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this villa to my friends and family, it is very well appointed and spotless, yet very homely and comfortable. The inclosed heated pool was a massive bonus and we swam every day, I can only imagine what it is like during the summer months with the cover off The location is very good and easy to find, we know the area but the instructions sent from the owners was spot on. Short walk to a number of bars and five 2 minutes drive to the closest square. We would most definatly return and stay here again. The villa is also very well laid out for children and we would return with our family. We arrived very late/early hours and the people whom we contacted to meet us and let us in were very nice and friendly, showed us around and were only at the other

VILLA CHRISTINE DELIGHTFUL

on arrival met by agents as arranged. couple of minor issues rectified immediately without fuss. easy communication available. villa was roomy and as described which is unusual in advertising. well equipped and comfortable. lovely pool area. what can I say? we got what we expected and would have no hesitation in booking again if we visit this area again. RECOMMENDED!!

Villa Christine

This villa really has the "Wow" factor! The house is really beautifully furnished and appointed and the beds are so comfortable. We received a most comprehensive brochure when we booked and very explicit directions, so we found our way easily. We were met at the house by Paul, who gave us a full run down on the house - keys etc. and was available should we have any problems. The pool area is beautifully tiled and gets the sun all day and the cover means the pool is warm in winter. We were unlucky with the weather, but there are lots of interesting places to visit during the day and the gas fire fire kept the living room warm and cosy in the evenings. There are plenty of DVDs to watch on the huge TV, so winter or summer, this is a perfect holiday house.

Chill out at Villa Christina

The listing of this Villa is accurate plus the owners sent us a detailed booklet of emergency phone numbers places to see and places to eat, not forgetting the many beaches. We had a wonderfull time and the Villa was very well equiped, had everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Villa Christina is clean and very well maintained. A big thankyou to the owners for the rental of this villa. ps need a car for this holiday.

Where do i start , communication between the owners and ourselves was first rate , the villa was well presented with great facilities wifi tv etc , the swimming pool was the families fav space which is where we spent most of our time. The beach was a 5 min drive away as was the excellent food at the Villamartin Plaza , all in all a very nice place to spend a holiday.

Excellent Holiday Villamartin

Great, Clean Villa with Own Private Pool and Air Conditioning. The Villa is close to Restaurants and Bars and is a 10 minutes drive to some great beaches. Our family had a superb holiday and we highly recommend this for a anyone looking for their own executive villa at a very reasonable price. We have a young family and it was great that the pool has a cover and could be locked when not in use. There is a separate raised patio area for your own BBQs if you want a break from the restaurants. On arrival we were shown around the property and were provided with an explanation of how things worked. As our flight was late in arriving we appreciated the complimentary bottled water and buns! It is lovely and quite in this locality but there is a 24hr convenience store close-by if you run short. Nearby are some great golf courses if that is your thing. There are a number of bars and restaurants within a 10 mins walk or a 5 minute drive including English, Indian, Thai, Chinese and S

great villa

We just wanted to let you know what a totally relaxing holiday we had at your lovely villa. We had planned a "do nothing" holiday and we were able to do that in comfort. The accommodation was first class and we had a great time using the pool every day and sunning ourselves on the roof terrace. The local agents were really helpful as were Chris and Mike and we enjoyed trying out all of the local restaurants! Our favourite was definately the hot stone cookout which was great fun, and fab food. We would certainly consider another holiday in this villa, thanks again, Donald, Zandra and family.

Our family Easter Holiday at Villa Christina

We had a wonderful fortnight stay here. We were extremely impressed with the layout and decoration of this lovely villa. With its home from home facilities, it was very comfortable and clean. We used the swimming pool every day and had a few BBQs on the patio. There is a wide variety of bars and restaurants close by, which we found welcoming. The Asia restaurant near Villamartin square was a favourite of ours. A hire car is required and I would highly recommend a stay here if you want a relaxing getaway for couples or families. We would definately stay here again.

Villa Christina

Villa Christina gets top marks in all catagories in our eyes & the same goes for the owners.The help and service from start to finish was spot on. With a villa of this Quality & comfort its very hard to get out and see places.... We hope to go and not see anywhere again next year! Shayne, Jenn & family

Extremely comfortable

We are safely back from a lovely holiday. Thanks for the use of your villa. We really liked it. It was extremely comfortable and beautifully presented. For us, the swimming pool was always the big attraction and we loved having a lengthy dip each afternoon - especially as the temperature increased!! The weather was pretty kind to us and we went somewhere every day - really enjoying Murcia and Olihuela. The beaches around were also great. We made good use of the barbeque and the children enjoyed the viewing (thanks for swapping the dvd player!).We have already recommended the villa to a family we are friendly with and we will certainly consider a repeat visit in the future. Thanks again for being so helpful with all the instructions and arrangements - it all went extremely smoothly.

Truly a luxury villa

We enjoyed our holiday very much. The villa is simply beautiful and the nicest we have rented. It’s truly a luxury villa and we where impressed on how much care you have put into the decoration plus all the small details to make it even more joyful. Outside we liked the barbeque area very much, but our favourite place was under the swimming pool cover J. The kids of course loved the pool. We will certainly consider it again when we go to Spain next time.

Wonderful Holiday

My family and I stayed in this first class villa for a week in August 2010, we had a ball!. We were met at the villa by John who showed us around and recommended a few of the local restaurants which were only a short walk from the villa. The villa itself was very well equipped, the bedrooms and living area were very comfortable. The pool area was excellent and got the sun for most of the day. The villa was spotless, I want to hire the cleaner myself. We would like to thank John and Kate who where just a phone call away, and to Mike and Christine for the use of your beautiful home. We would highly recommend this villa for families and anyone looking for a very relaxing time.

HAPPY EASTER !!!

My wife and two teenage children and I had a fabulous week in this spacious, luxurious villa. It was spotlessly clean with everything you could possible need for a perfect holiday including wireless broadband much to the delight of my daughter. We visited early in the season so the heated pool came into it’s own and the fact that its covered made it very pleasant to sit around even on a grey day. It was also lovely to sit and eat in the glazed naya and the roof top sun terrace was ideal place for private sunbathing allowing you to catch every last ray of sunshine. The very friendly agent met us at the villa and gave us a guided tour even though we arrived very late at night. The welcome pack was much appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa and hope to return in the future.

WELL WORTH STAYING HERE

My wife and i and children stayed here and we all had a brillant time.The kids loved the pool and it was good because we could relax by the pool and watch the children.It is worth every penny to have a private pool due that you can watch them and not have to worry!! The house was as described and was in excellent condition(clean and tidy). The shops and bars were only about 10 mins walk away which with small children was nice. What was also good was we arrived late(good old easy-jet) and we was greeted by the agent who had bought us some supplies{bread,milk,eggs)which was nice as i didnt have get up extra early the next day and go to the shops.We would definatly stay here again without a doubt. May 09 Hols

The villa was beautiful, the description really doesnt do it justice. Every room had its own personal style. Our girls couldnt decide which downstairs bedroom to choose but opted for the one with the gold trimmed mirror with butterflies hanging everywhere, it was amazing!!!!!! Our parents had the other downstairs room and found it very comfortable and it was next door to the house bathroom. The upstairs bedroom was spacious and had a large on suite bathroom with power shower, again this room was gloriously decorated with no expense spared. The living room had plenty of seating for all 6 of us to spread out to watch DVDs. Outside the pool was just as good as it looked in the advert, plenty of room for all of us. Also outside were 2 seperate tables & chairs, one under cover near the BBQ which had good lighting and we spent evenings here reading or doing crosswords. The neighbours were lovely and the property managers John & Kate were friendly and very helpful. WE LIKED IT SO MUCH WE ARE
