5 minutes drive between the three Golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Compoamor. 20 minutes drive to the town of Torrevieja.

It comprises of a lounge with 2 comfortable sofas,TV , DVD and VCR with English digital satellite channels.CD midi Hi-Fi.Coffe table, wall unit and uplighter.Ceiling fan.
Fully fitted separate dining kitchen includes, table with 4 chairs,washing machine, iron and ironing board, oven, hob and microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, juicer and food steamer.
Downstairs loo and sink.

Rear garden with patio area including barbeque and patio furniture. Plus 4 foldup loungers for pool side use.
First floor bedrooms. One double and one twin both with wardrobes,ceiling fans and mosquito nets. TV with English digital satellite channels and a safe in double bedroom.

Tennis at villamartin and bowls at The Emerald club.
A beautiful area of Spain with several nearby blue flag beaches, championship golf courses, tennis etc.
An ideal holiday for the family or for the sportsman. A huge variety of challenging golf courses which are easy to book.
Nearby Torrevieja offers a yachting marina and many and varied restaurants and bars. A large Friday market and a good selection of shops.
The area abounds with local markets, one on each day of the week. Also the famous mud baths are only a fifteen minute drive and are well worth a visit. Cartegena is about an hour away to the south and Alicante 45mins to the north, Orihuela 45mins inland. Benidorm is an hour and a half drive.

What a great holiday!
This was a great place to stay in . We would highly recommend it . It was very clean and obviously well looked after. It was quite handy to Alicante airport( 40 -45 mins). The booklet that we got from the owners was very comprehensive- they thought of everything.. The complex was very well run and the pool and surrounding area was clean and well kept. The house itself was beautifully decorated - it really was a home from home! The neighbours were very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants closeby - the Chinese restaurants within walking distance were our favorites.

Casa Adelason
This is our second year in this property and the this was better than the first. The house itself is extremely well equiped and after two years has become home from home. The whole area, and the people that live there are very welcoming and we have really got to know some very well. Mike and Chris the people that own this house are very helpful and make the whole experience very easy, I would fully recommend this property to any one that just wants a great relaxing holiday.
