Description
The Agave Real development is very secure and private behind electric gates with an entry phone system to each individual property.
The apartment has split air-conditioning keeping you cool in the summer and cosy in the cooler winter months (however, temperatures rarely drop below double digits).
On the ground floor is a large living/dining area, shower room, kitchen and utility room and a private terrace with table and chairs for dining alfresco. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a king size bed, huge fitted wardrobes and private balconies - and a luxurious bathroom, equipped with a bath with a shower over, wc, bidet and a large washbasin.
The kitchen is very well equipped so you can fix anything from a simple breakfast to a full blown evening meal, and has the benefit of a dishwasher to help with the clearing up. A microwave is also provided for convenience. Next to the kitchen is a handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a 26" flat screen TV, and a dvd player. There are some dvd's provided but feel free to bring along a few of your own. You will also have the use of an ipod dock and speakers for when you prefer to listen to your own tunes. For a small charge internet connectioni is available from the Hotel within the grounds.
Outside : The terrace and garden is part shaded for much of the day - quite a relief when the sun is at its hottest! There is another table and chairs with a great view of the golfers struggling on the 3rd fiarway. Sunloungers are also provided.
The stunning infinity pool is a mere stone's throw from the garden - far enough to avoid any noise from the pool, but close enough to be able to cool of quickly.
The Valle del Este Golf Resort (www.valledeleste.es) also has a 4 star Hotel and Spa, together with a supermarket, hairdressers, gift shop,newsagents,tapas bar, golf bar and a few other shops, all of which are available for the use of guests.

Designed by jose Canales, Valle dl Esyte was opened in 2002. The complex has a comprehensive driving range with mist to keep you cool on those hot sunny days!. There is also a short game area and putting green. The pro shop is fully equipped with everything a golfer may require.
